Refund policy
Thank you for purchasing from our online store, where we offer limited edition street photography prints. We strive to ensure that you receive a high-quality product that meets your expectations. However, if you encounter any issues with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.

Be aware that once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled because our items are made to order and production begins shortly after. However, you can return items within 14 days of receiving your order according to our return policy.
1. Damaged or defective items
If your print arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly offer a replacement or a full refund. Please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order by sending an email to hello@streetianity.com, including photos of the damage or defect. We will work with our print and shipping partner to resolve the issue promptly.
2. Incorrect orders
If you receive the wrong print or an incorrect size, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order by sending an email to hello@streetianity.com, including photos of the incorrect print or size. We will arrange for the correct print to be sent to you at no additional cost. You may be required to return the incorrect item.
3. Right to return
You have the right to return your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. To exercise this right, please contact us within this period.

Return conditions: To be eligible for a return, items must be sent back in their original condition and packaging. The artwork must be undamaged and in its original, undamaged packaging.

Return shipping costs: If you decide to return a purchase, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless otherwise agreed upon.
4. Return process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

5. Unclaimed Packages
If a package is not collected by the customer, the item is considered unclaimed, and the right to return period does not begin.
According to the Norwegian Right of Return Act (Angrerettloven), the customer must notify us within a reasonable time (14 days from when the package could have been collected) and cover any return shipping costs to invoke the right of return. Simply failing to collect the package without providing notice does not qualify as exercising this right. For further assistance, please contact us directly.
6. Refunds
Refunds for returned, damaged or incorrect items will be processed once the return is received and inspected. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
7. Digital gift cards
All sales of digital gift cards are final and non-refundable. Once issued, gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged. If you experience any issues with your gift card, please contact us at hello@streetianity.com.
