Production and shipping

We work with top-quality printing partners to ensure your orders are printed and dispatched within 2-5 business days. Delivery times are estimates and can vary due to factors such as location, customs processing, or unexpected delays.

Secure Packaging

Your prints will be carefully packaged in recyclable and sustainable materials. We use sturdy cardboard envelopes or tubes to ensure your art arrives in perfect condition.

Tracking Information

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email. This allows you to monitor the progress of your shipment right up until delivery.

Customs and Import Fees

Depending on your location, customs duties and import fees may apply. These charges are determined by the customs authorities in the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer. For more details see our Terms of service.

Lost or Damaged Items

Unclaimed Packages

If a package is returned to our supplier due to being unclaimed, we will notify you via email to arrange re-delivery. Please note that additional shipping costs may apply for the reshipment. For more details see our Refund Policy.
